If you are a new user, use your account number as your initial UserID and your TeleLink PIN as your initial password. For your security, you will then be prompted to verify additional identity information and choose a new user ID and password during your initial log in. If you don't have a TeleLink PIN, stop in at any financial center or contact us at 1.800.388.2000 for alternative options.
How to Improve Password Security
Best practices for passwords recommend that passwords should be changed on a regular basis. All members that use online banking are encouraged to change their password when the current one is older than 120 days. Note: You will not be forced to change your password. Members should follow safe password practices such as not writing down the password, not using the same password for other applications, and always logging out of banking sites when finished.
